Christmas Parcels for Seamen

Each year we have managed to place Christmas parcels on board many of the ships in port up to the Christmas period. So often this gives us the opportunity to reach out with the Gospel, as well as to do follow up ministry with a number of men.

During the year we endeavour to purchase items that will be of use to a man (or woman) at sea. Please do try to help us make someone else's Christmas a bit happier as they sail the seas. If you feel that you can help, then the list below will give you some idea what we place in the Christmas boxes. We also encourage those who can knit to provide hats and neck/chest warmers for the seamen. The patterns are given at the bottom of the page.

To ensure that those who will be at sea for Christmas will receive a gift we start to distribute parcels in November.
